Think about it: If someone buys a new or used car, and it turns out to be a clunker, they have the Lemon Law to protect them. What’s protecting the consumer when they find out they just bought a clunker of a home costing 50 or 100 times the price of that car? No one!

And when was the last time you saw a seller's disclosure on the kitchen counter at a Home Inspection?

The home buyer should not be so unprotected in this state when they are making the biggest purchase of their lives and one that affects the health and safety of their family!
